Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 July 2026

This policy explains what information Nullify ("we", "us") collects when you contact us or use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By contacting us you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

  • Case information you provide: the links, screenshots, descriptions and any identity or ownership documents you send us to assess and file a removal.
  • Contact details: your Telegram or WhatsApp handle, and any email or name you choose to share.
  • Basic website data: standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics (page views, approximate region, device type). This site loads no third-party fonts or trackers by default.

How we use it

  • To assess your case and tell you whether a removal is realistic.
  • To prepare evidence and file reports through platforms' official reporting and legal channels on your behalf.
  • To communicate with you about your case and provide status updates.

What we share

To action a removal we may submit relevant case material to the platform or search engine concerned through its official channel. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. Where a platform permits anonymous or third-party reporting, we keep your identity out of the filing.

Retention

We keep case material only as long as needed to work the case and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and appeals, then delete it on request or when no longer required.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've shared. Contact us on Telegram or WhatsApp and we'll action reasonable requests promptly.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
