Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Nullify's website and services. By engaging us you agree to them.

1. What we do

Nullify is a managed content- and account-removal service. We assess whether content or an account violates a platform's policies or the law, prepare evidence, and file removal requests through official reporting and legal channels. We manage follow-ups and appeals within the scope agreed for your case.

2. No guarantee of outcome

Removal decisions are made solely by the platforms, search engines and authorities involved — not by us. We do not and cannot guarantee that any specific content or account will be removed, de-indexed or suspended. Our fees pay for professional casework (assessment, evidence, filing and appeals), not a guaranteed result. Where we believe a removal is unlikely, we will tell you before you pay.

3. Acceptable use — what we will not do

  • We do not use automated "report bots," coordinated mass-reporting, or knowingly false reports.
  • We do not target lawful accounts or content, or accept cases intended to silence legitimate speech.
  • We do not access, hack, or attempt to take over any account, and we will not assist anyone seeking to do so.
  • We only pursue cases with a genuine policy or legal basis and lawful intent.

You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you have a legitimate basis for the removal you request. You are responsible for the accuracy of the claims and materials you provide.

4. Fees

Fees are quoted per case based on platform, complexity and urgency, and are payable as agreed before work begins. Because our work is professional service labor delivered regardless of the platform's decision, fees are generally non-refundable once casework has started, except where required by law or expressly agreed.

5. Confidentiality

We handle your case confidentially and, where a platform allows, keep your identity out of filings. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nullify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the decisions or actions of third-party platforms and authorities. Our total liability for any case is limited to the fees you paid for that case.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
